解决办法：
vi my.cnf
在[mysqld]下面加一行
federated
再次启动就可以看见FEDERATED引擎已经正常加载了。


注意：请确认你cmake编译的时候把-DWITH_FEDERATED_STORAGE_ENGINE=1加进去了。
